The finalized agreement between "WE UNDERWRITING" and "SUN RE Ltd." was reached in late 2023. As our inaugural security, "Sun Re Ltd." enables us to participate in international marine insurance placements on their behalf on a following basis, with a cap of $7.5 million USD.
